1. Place the machine on a flat surface with all four feet on the ground simultaneously to ensure smooth operation.
2. Connect the power supply correctly and make the grounding wire reliably grounded.
3. Jog the machine to rotate and check the direction of rotation: stand at the discharge port and observe the twisting dragon shaft, which should rotate counterclockwise.
4. Put the sliced meat pieces into the hopper and start the machine.
5. After each shift is completed, the surface oil stains should be cleaned in a timely manner and the material channel should be rinsed with clean water. Loosen the front compression nut, take out the knife and the cutterhead, clean them with hot water, and then install them one by one. During installation, a few drops of cooking oil should be added to the rotating friction area for future use.
6. The gearbox of this machine is equipped with an oil tank that can automatically lubricate. The oil level should be observed at all times, and oil should be added in a timely manner to ensure that the oil level is not lower than the centerline of the oil mark. Replace the lubricating oil (40 # engine oil) every six months.
7.If any abnormal phenomena such as vibration or excessive noise are found during the operation of the machine, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the fault should be eliminated before use. After a year of normal operation, the gearbox should be disassembled and the rolling bearings cleaned and lubricated.
8. If the power of the machine decreases or the twisting dragon loses rotation, the back cover should be opened and the tension of the triangular belt should be adjusted.
9. When a fault is found, the power must be cut off before maintenance can be carried out.
